DAY OF SERVICES COORDINATION: PEARLS
Was created for those of you who already planned your entire event but are looking for peace of mind on your big day. Having a "Day Of" Coordinator means that you, your family and your friends can enjoy the celebration with out worrying about all the behind the scenes details of running your event! Approximately 6-8 weeks prior to your celebration, we will meet with you at your venue to become familiar with your plans, visions and vendors.
We at EME will go over all your contracts and then create a detailed time line, starting with your vendor arrivals and including every aspect of your big day. EME will work as a liaison between you and your vendors to ensure all loose ends have been covered. On your day, we are the first to arrive. Our responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating all vendors, completing the setup ensuring proper placement of escort and place cards, favors, and guest book; orchestrating your grand entrance, speeches, cake cutting and distributing final payment and gratuity at the end of the night. So you can relax and enjoy your special day!
