About Owner/Wedding Planner
Toni Taylor founded her wedding planning firm in 2006 and has quickly developed an impressive reputation for her team’s flawless execution of weddings. Toni was her own wedding planner and even then understood she would require a day-coordinator for her own wedding to relieve her & family members of the duties required to facilitate the wedding day. She continued to coordinate family and friend’s weddings as a hobby. Then realizing her hobby had evolved into her passion. Today she has turned a passion into a growing business. Pursuing a career in the wedding planning industry, with her ambitious spirit and great attention to detail, she can follow her dreams as a Wedding Planner and make other special wedding days a dream come true for others. Toni is especially proud of the “Bride’s Choice Awards” received from WeddingWire.com, an award given to companies with top reviews from real brides.
Additional Work Experience:
Six years as a Sr. Administrative Assistant Toni planned and coordinated monthly forums and quarterly dinner events for Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP) in the Non-Proliferation Project located in Washington, DC. Toni was the innovator to research and locate Carnegie Endowment’s conference a new venue local. She located and contracted with the Ronald Reagan International Trade Building for their new venue for the annual conference. Toni also assisted with the CEIP Non-Proliferation annual 2-day conference. Toni played an enormous role in the annual conference coordination of invitations mailings, coordination of advance registration, luncheons with guest speakers, onsite registration and conference close – out cocktail reception. With attendance reaching nearly 1000 participants.
